Every print is made on 250gsm archival museum-quality matte paper using high-precision archival inks — the same standard used in fine art galleries worldwide. The paper is acid-free and OBA-free, meaning colours stay vibrant and true under any lighting, and the print resists yellowing for decades. This isn’t poster paper. It’s built to last.

All designs come in three sizes: 12×18″ (30×45cm), 16×24″ (40×60cm), and 24×36″ (60×90cm). Not sure which to choose? Cut a sheet of paper to your chosen size and hold it against the wall — it immediately shows you how it’ll look in your space.

No Frame (shipped rolled), Black Wood Frame (solid oak/ash, shatterproof plexiglass, ready to hang), Natural Wood Frame (warm natural grain, ready to hang), Metal Frame (polished aluminium, tool-free assembly). Note: 16×24″ is available in No Frame and Metal Frame only.

Wood frames arrive fully assembled with a hanging kit — horizontal or vertical, your choice. Metal frames ship with all parts and take two minutes tool-free to assemble. Hanging kit included.

Absolutely. Our prints use a standard 2:3 aspect ratio. Match your print size: 30×45cm for 12×18″, 40×60cm for 16×24″, or 60×90cm for 24×36″.

We use sRGB colour profiles and archival inks to get as close as possible. Screens emit light while prints reflect it — some variation is normal. If you feel there’s a genuine quality issue, contact us with a photo.

Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity. For framed: clean plexiglass with a soft dry cloth. For unframed: handle with dry hands and store flat or rolled in the original tube.

Unframed prints are rolled in rigid protective tubes. Framed prints are boxed with protective padding and corner guards. Everything is designed to arrive in perfect condition.

We ship worldwide. Orders to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia ship free. Standard rates apply to all other countries — you’ll see the exact cost at checkout.

Production takes 1–3 business days, then ships. Delivery: 2–5 business days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia. 5–14 business days for the rest of the world. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment it ships.

Yes — a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 6 business days, contact us.

We partner with Gelato — 140+ print facilities across 32 countries. Your order prints at the facility closest to you for faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint. 95% of orders are produced in the same country they’re delivered to.

For US, UK, Canada, and Australia — no. These are printed locally. For other destinations, import duties may apply depending on your country. We’re not able to cover these costs.

Not currently. If you need something for a specific date, reach out before ordering and we’ll let you know if it’s achievable.

Orders go into production quickly. Contact us at hello@clout9studio.com as soon as possible — ideally within an hour. We can’t guarantee changes once production has started, but we’ll always do our best.

Yes. No pricing or invoice is included, so it arrives gift-ready. Contact us before ordering if you’d like a personalised message included.

Check your tracking link first. If it hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

All sales are final. Every print is made specifically for your order, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please check your size and frame carefully before purchasing.

Contact us within 14 days with a clear photo of the damage including the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
