These terms of service govern your use of the Clout9 Studio website at clout9studio.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products and orders

All products are made to order. When you place an order, you are entering into a binding purchase agreement, and we are unable to cancel once production has begun. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but the appearance of prints may vary slightly from screen to screen, and minor colour variations are inherent to the printing process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — if we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs for other destinations are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider — we accept major credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay, and your payment details are not stored on our servers.

Intellectual property

The original design work, photography, text, logos, and overall look and feel of this site are the property of Clout9 Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display that physical print for personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-party references

Our designs are original artworks created by Clout9 Studio. Many of our pieces draw inspiration from films, music, cars, anime, and other cultural subjects — any references to film titles, character names, directors, musicians, vehicles, or other third-party properties are used solely for identification purposes. Clout9 Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, production company, record label, automotive manufacturer, or other rights holder. All third-party trademarks, names, and properties remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Custom commissions

Custom commissions are subject to a separate agreement. The scope, pricing, and timeline of any custom work will be agreed in writing before production begins. Intellectual property in custom work remains with Clout9 Studio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Our full return and refund policy is available on our refund policy page. In summary: we do not accept returns for change of mind because all products are made to order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clout9 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Accuracy of information

We strive to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the content is free from errors or omissions. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you — your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
